Professional window cleaning should begin with a clear scope. The quote may include exterior glass only, both sides of the glass, and selected details such as tracks, frames, or screens.
Glass cleaning
Technicians remove common dirt and residue from the agreed sides of the glass, then check the result from multiple angles for streaks or missed edges.
Tracks and frames
Basic wiping and detailed restoration are different levels of work. Ask how tracks and frames will be handled so the appointment matches your expectations.
Screens
Screens may need removal for access. Confirm whether screen dusting or washing is included and whether damaged screens should be left in place.
Access and preparation
Move fragile items near interior windows and provide clear access where possible. Let the company know about high glass, locked gates, pets, or unusual window types before arrival.
Final walkthrough
A quick walkthrough lets the homeowner and technician confirm the agreed scope and address any visible issue before the visit ends.
